Allon Ray Willis, was born July 14, 1945, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and passed away May 4, 2024, in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Allon spent many years in the oilfield and later as a truck driver. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather and a dedicated veteran who served his country with honor.

Allon was married to Judy Steadman February 14, 1978, and they shared many years of happiness together. He is survived by his wife, Judy Willis, and children, Kristi Hawks (Bernie) of Pauls Valley, Stacie Willis of Shawnee and Brian Willis of Oklahoma City. Allon was a cherished grandfather to Brett Autrey (Chazz) of Stratford and Erica Hawks and great-grandfather to Serenity Mann, Savannah Mann and Teegan House, all of Pauls Valley.

He is also survived by his sisters, Louise Brown and Lavenda Mobley, and brothers, Frank Willis (Sharon) and Clarence Don Keenom and a host of nieces and nephews.

A proud veteran, Allon served in the U.S. Navy from 1963 until 1969. He exhibited bravery and valor during his tours in Vietnam in 1965-1966 and 1967-1968, earning two prestigious Bronze Stars with a combat ā€œVā€ for his courageous service.

Allon was preceded in death by his father, Beverly Willis; his mother, Bessie Smith; sisters, Melba Spain, Beverly Baker, Linda Marsh and Donna Robinson; and brothers, Spencer Willis and Tony Scott.

Services for Allon were Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 2 p.m. at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. Interment was at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Pauls Valley. If you would like to send your condolences to the family you may do so at woosterfuneralhomes. com.
